This is a wellness programme for adults seeking support to deal with stress. 

In this 9 week programme you will embark on a journey of self-exploration, using the tools of creative expression, mindfulness, and visual artmaking. 

Together we will discover what your inner resources are and construct a self-care kete that will be yours to keep. This group will be held within a non-judgmental and caring online environment.

All materials will be delivered to you before the programme starts, including a device, if needed, for the duration of the course. 

No experience or skill in artmaking is required.

Our Intentions: 

  • To express and share inner experiences in a visual way

  • To discover healthy and creative outlets for feelings

  • To learn about and use creative stress management techniques

  • To experiment with and learn how to use a variety of art mediums

  • To develop self-awareness and connection

  • To acknowledge inner/outer resources and forgotten strengths

  • To ignite possibility and hope using the arts

  • And to be valued within an online community that fosters acceptance.

If you can collect any art materials you have around the house like marker pens, biro pens, sellotape, string, scissors newspapers, old magazines, junk mail, brown packaging, cardboard boxes, containers….

 Use your imagination... anything can be used in the creative process!
