Movement & Creative Art Therapy 2023

Tutor Alvie McKree has designed Movement and Creative Arts Therapy to include therapeutic movement and art exploration.

A different theme will be introduced each week, including Mapping my Life – planning a way through my current challenges - Resourcing my Life; discovering and utilising my inner resources – Self-belief and Risk-taking – Identity: Ko wai au? / Who am I? – Belonging; creating a creative community that supports me, and learning to support others with their creative expression.

You will engage in creative experiments, in an enjoyable and safe environment.

It doesn’t matter where you live in Aotearoa New Zealand, you can be a Māpura Online Artist.

All classes are 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 - all you pay for is the art materials, if you need them.
